For candles in stock, we aim to ship within 2 working days. For bespoke made-to-order candles we will aim to ship within 5 working days.

Items made-to-order are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit (photographic evidence will be required). For stocked items, we offer a 14 day return period. The refund will be processed once the items have been received and inspected. You will be liable for the cost of the return postage.
