Shipping Policy – Debonair Candles

Thank you for shopping with Debonair Candles. We take great care in preparing and delivering your orders safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

Ready-to-Ship Items

All standard (ready-made) items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Made-to-Order Items

Our made-to-order candles (ornamental candles and Dog & Cat Candles) are carefully handcrafted. Please allow up to 5 working days for despatch.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order will be dispatched once all items are ready.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: £3.50 per order
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50

UK Delivery Timeframes

  • Tracked 48 Delivery: Up to 3 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Gift Cards

Please note that gift cards are delivered electronically via email and will not be physically posted.

International Shipping

At the moment we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items

We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@debonaircandles.co.uk within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

We will request photos of damaged items to assist with your claim.
