Returns Policy – Debonair Candles

Thank you for shopping with Debonair Candles. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

Made-to-Order Items

Please note that all made-to-order items (including ornamental candles and Dog & Cat Candles) are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are handcrafted specifically for your order.

Exception:
If your made-to-order item arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily offer a replacement or refund. In this case, photographic evidence will be required to process your claim.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@debonaircandles.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@debonaircandles.co.uk with your order details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
